What does SHE looks like? HER fashion sense is absolute perfection to you, maybe is it perfect sleekness, relaxed chicness? Accumulate fashion and makeup that remind you of HER.
Light up an candle and assemble several objects that remind you of HER and visit that shrine you built to HER and to YOU. Think hard about HER. Try to think, breathe, talk, laugh, act, write like HER every single day. One day, with consistent meticulous care and application, SHE will be you and you will be HER.
If it isn’t for running my wifely errands (grocery shopping, taking my grandma-in-law to the doctor, taking the cat to the vet, etc.) then I don’t leave my house. Everything that I need is here. I enjoy wrapping myself in a blanket on the back porch and watching the birds chase each other with a hot cup of tea in my hand. I like spending hours preparing recipes from scratch for my husband & I to enjoy while Nina Simone is playing in the background. Our little cat keeps me company when I miss my husband and a deep conversation with a friend is only a phone call away. Besides this tumblr and Pinterest, I don’t have social media anymore; I felt that disconnecting was healthy for my mental health. Seeing the darkness and harshness from the world was overwhelming. Instead of the constant reminders of crime, racism, violence, political strife, pending wars, etc. I am surrounded by lovely, everyday things: the things I had forgotten to appreciate. The sound of birds chirping in the morning, the smell of coffee brewing in a quiet kitchen, the anticipation of my loving husband coming home every weekday, the refreshed dreamy feeling you get after taking an afternoon nap, perfect vaccuum lines on my carpet, forehead kisses on the couch after a hearty meal, I could go on. This is my little paradise and I thank god that I get to experience this everyday.

How To Attract What You Desire
Before you begin:
• Know what you want. What you really want. And don’t think of “how” you’ll get it.
• Write the desire in present tense on a card. It is now your goal card.
• Carry this card with you and read it often. This is putting the desire into your subconscious mind.
• Check if your goal is really what you want. Can you imagine bigger? Are you letting fear stop you? Are you answering your soul’s calling with this?
Night:
• How you fall asleep determines what shows up in your life. Everytime. Without fail. So we start our day how we fell asleep the night before, actually. Ask your self one question before you sleep: “If my wishes were fulfilled, how would I feel?” Fall asleep to that question satisfied.
• Record an MP3 or voice note of your OWN voice, reciting positive affirmations. Get examples online but personalize them. Your subconscious mind trusts your own voice. Use it.
• Never ever let yourself fall asleep feeling stress or failure. Don’t invite it in.
Morning:
• When your eyes open, set your intention for the day.
• Did you have any dreams last night? Write them down.
• Write 5 things you’re grateful for. Increase to 10 after a while and begin to include wishes that are yet to manifest e.g. “I’m grateful I now weigh __”
Day:
• Read Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. (PDF’s online) Read slowly and reflectively.
• Read Feeling Is The Secret by Neville Goddard (PDF’s online)
• The Secret book/DVD is great for beginners but you’re going to have to dig deeper to pull this off.
• Do what makes you smile. Read, play your music, call a friend, go for walks. Do whatever you can to lighten your mood.
•Write about your desire as if it’s already happened.
•Visualize your life ASSUMING the desire has already happened. How do you feel? What are you wearing? Where are you? Was manifesting easy and fun?
